The "confirmed publish" command is similar to one-way publication, but allows the publisher to obtain some feedback from the broker.
Object name: comma-separated list of tags.
Message name: "publish_confirm".
Message content: arbitrary.
If there was an overflow condition and the overflow policy was configured as "reject message", then the publication message will be rejected - otherwise it will be replied to with an empty parameters object.
The message will be also rejected if it is received during the warm-up phase. See the further subsection on configuration parameters for detailed description of this mode.
